Refund policy

Registration fees for all programs are considered FINAL and Non-Refundable. Tuition refunds are typically granted on a case-by-case basis often limited to circumstances such as season ending injuries or moving, and may not be issued for voluntary withdrawals, joining another organization, switching to or playing for another team (ie. High School, a club team,etc...) or dissatisfaction with coaches, ice officials, leagues, or teammates. In all circumstances, proof of exception must be submitted to the Board in writing, together with the request. The amount of refund, if any, will be prorated but in no circumstances will it be more than 1/2 of the tuition payments made to MRHA. The time frame, in which a tuition refund will be issued, if approved, may be subject to availability of program funds and no later than the end of the current season. Players wishing to withdraw from MRHA after his or her tuition has been paid in part or in full must do so in writing to the MRHA board of directors. Tuition refund requests will be granted on an individual case by case basis and will be approved by the board of directors. Upon receiving this written request the players withdrawal date is established. Tuition refund requests will be considered only upon written requests to the MRHA board of directors for cases of illness and or injury that prohibit the player from participating in the sport of ice hockey for the balance of the hockey season.
