MRHA 2024-2025 Season Tuition:

$2,000 for Squirt, Peewee, and Bantam. $1600 Mites. $400 Goalies.

($100 will be applied from tryouts)

Financial Assistance - Available to qualified applicants. Please find the application on our website, under the "About" tab under "Travel Team pricing and details", and send the completed form to the President of the Board via email at president@medfordrechockey.com.

In order to accept and secure your child’s roster spot, you must complete ALL 3 steps listed below on or before May 24, 2024.

1. Register for a 2024-25 Player USA Hockey Registration number at https://www.usahockeyregistration.com (you must register for a new number each season – if you enter last year’s number your registration will not be accepted)

2. Register with MRHA for the 2024-2025 season medfordrechockey.com (you must register each season for the program your child is participating in)

3. Pay your deposit - all players must register using a credit card or bank ACH with automatic payments per the set schedule.

2024-2025 Deposit Refund Policy: No Refunds for deposits will be given after 06/30/24 2024-2025 Roster & Player Eligibility Policies: The following policies will be enforced for the 2024-2025 season: By registering or participating in MRHA for the 2024-2025 season, you hereby agree to your child's following policies.

Roster Eligibility: Roster spots will not be given to any player who has not made the full deposit by 5/24/24. If you fail to make your deposit, your child's team selection will be forfeited and allocated to another player. Once your deposit is paid you may petition the Board of Directors to reinstate your child. It will be at the Board's sole discretion as to whether to reinstate your child onto their original team or onto a lower team based on roster availability. Player Eligibility: If at any point prior to the start of the season, a player misses or fails to pay in full 2 consecutive payments by the payment deadline date, their team selection will be forfeited and allocated to another player. Once BOTH past due payments are paid in full you may petition the Board of Directors to reinstate your child. It will be at the Board's sole discretion as to whether to reinstate your child onto their original team or onto a lower team based on roster availability. No Pay, No Play. If at any point during the season, a player misses or fails to pay in full 2 consecutive payments by the payment deadline date, they will be prohibited from participating in all MRHA activities (practices, skills & games) until such time as BOTH past due payments are paid in full. If a player is at their final payment of the season and misses that payment deadline, the same policy will be enforced. For any division/team whereby payment in full is due prior to the start of the season, any player who is not paid in full by the payment deadline will forfeit their team selection and it will be allocated to another player. Once the account is paid in full you may petition the Board of Directors to reinstate your child. It will be at the Board's sole discretion as to whether to reinstate your child onto their original team or onto a lower team based on roster availability.

Our hope is to never have to remove a player from a team or keep them off the ice. MRHA has to commit over the summer to all of the games and practice ice, purchase jerseys & socks and sign contracts with various vendors. The tuition and payment schedule we set is to ensure we are able to pay our financial commitments on time and in full.

By registering for Medford Recreational Hockey, parents, caregivers, guardians, and players agree to adhere to the bylaws, policies, and procedures of MRHA, MA Hockey, and USA Hockey. Which are all posted in the "About US" tab on our website. MA Hockey Bylaws are posted in the "About" section of their website (www.mahockey.org/about), and USA Hockey Bylaws are posted in the About Us section of their website (www.usahockey.com/about).
